Young Leaders Internship (15-20 years old)

Purpose:

To help build confident and competent young leaders in different areas of ministry and help them find their calling and strengthen their faith.

Requirements:

10 hrs per week of study & service; 9 months: August-May (summer internships available)

Objectives for the Internship Program:

Exposure to various ministries within the church and how they run
Develop foundations of faith including Biblical study, spiritual habits & service & leadership
Meet weekly with an adult mentor
Learn to facilitate a small group in a specific ministry
Assist in carrying out events and services
Complete Internship Course Work
- I am New (2 months)
- I am a Worshipper (2 Months)
- I am a Disciple (2 Months)
- I am a Leader (2 Months)

Summer internship program; Global summer internship in Costa Rica
